Weekly Update: Dec 6th – Dec 12th

Hello everyone! Below are the things that we worked on in the past week and notable events in the coming week.


1. BetaHeads Mint


On Friday, December 3rd, we launched our test collection, BetaHeads. At 16:00 UTC, members were directed towards the RobotHeads Twitter account (@RobotHeadsNFT). At 16:10 UTC, the Twitter account was made private. At 16:15 UTC, the mint site link was tweeted. The collection was out of stock by 16:37 UTC.


2. Magic Eden Listing


Immediately after launch, we applied for a Magic Eden listing. As per Magic Eden policy, we could not list the BetaHeads collection before the minting was completed. At 00:36 UTC on Saturday, December 4th, Magic Eden accepted BetaHeads for the verification process. At 08:19 UTC of the same day, BetaHeads was officially listed on Magic Eden. Go to https://magiceden.io/marketplace/betaheads to buy and sell your BetaHeads.


3. ProtoHeads Stories


Starting on December 1st, we released ProtoHeads Stories! Each day until launch day, the stories of each of the ProtoHeads featured in Sneak Peeks will be revealed for you to see! So far, the stories of Sneak Peeks 1-6 have been revealed. Read them at https://www.robotheads.io/protoheads-stories and check for new stories everyday!


4. Quality Control


On Tuesday, November 30th, quality control checks were initiated. Since ProtoHeads are assembled by hand, there were bound to be a few big mistakes to rectify. Thankfully, we built in time just for checking and correcting all of the ProtoHeads. We hope to greatly reduce the chance for error in order to make sure everyone who mints gets what they pay for.


5. 250 Twitter followers


We are proud to announce that the RobotHeads Twitter account has reached 250 followers! If you haven’t already, follow all of our social media accounts and earn points that you can use to claim prizes! More information can be found in #social-media-challenges on our Discord server.
